WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept cash, a cheque or a direct bank transfer. An invoice will be sent by post after the work has been carried out. Payment receipts can be sent upon request.
HOW OFTEN WILL I NEED MY CESSPIT EMPTYING?
This is highly dependant on various contributing factors. These can include but are not limited to the size of the tank, the size of the property and general usage, such as bathroom and shower usage and washing machine and dishwasher usage.
HOW DO I KNOW IF IT NEEDS EMPTYING?
If your cesspit or septic tank needs to be emptied you may have trouble flushing the toilet or you may start to notice an unpleasant smell.
DO I NEED TO BE AT HOME WHEN YOU VISIT?
No, as long as there is access to your cesspit or septic tank you need not be home when we call.
MY TANK IS SHARED WITH OTHER PROPERTIES, IS THIS COMMON?
Yes, many properties have shared tanks and invoices can be split or alternated between properties as required.
HOW SHOULD I CARE FOR MY CESSPIT OR SEPTIC TANK?
We recommend that you have your cesspit or septic tank emptied regularly
You should avoid flammable liquids entering your system
The manhole should be kept clear allowing for easy access
HOW OFTEN SHOULD MY SEPTIC TANK HAVE THE SOLIDS REMOVED/BE EMPTIED?
Like cesspits this will depend on the size and usage, but a minimum of once a year is important.
